• All reservations require a security deposit of CAN$500.00.
• Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of deposit.
• CAN$75 clean-out charge applied against deposit for stays 3-6 Nights.
• CAN$100 clean-out charge applied against deposit for Weekly stays 7+ Nights.
• CAN$125 clean-out charge applied against deposit for Monthly and Long Term stays that do not have weekly housekeeping services.
• Reservations for stays 30 days or less require full payment upon arrival.
• Stays less than 30 days are subject to local taxes (8% PST and 5% GST)
• First and Last Month is required upon arrival for Monthly or Long Term guests.
• 30 Nights constitute one month.  Minimum 45 Nights required for Special Monthly Rates.
• Ask about our Special Long Term Rates.
• For Monthly and Long Term stays Weekly Maid Service is available for $300 per month.
• Standard Check in Time: 5:00p.m. to 11:00p.m. on arrival date.  Alternate arrangements are available.
• Standard Check Out Time: 10:00a.m. on departure date. Alternate arrangements are available.
• Standard prices apply to 1 to 2 guests per one-bedroom suite, 1 to 3 guests per Junior two-bedroom suite or or 1 to 4 guests per two-bedroom suite or 1 to 5 guests per three-bedroom suite.  A charge of $15.00 applies to each and every additional guest.  Pull-out beds / cots may be provided at a nominal charge, depending on the size of the apartment.

• Minimum stay requirements may apply.  Early bookings are encouraged.  Avoid disappointment
• Corporate Billing is Available.

• Non-Smoking Policy:
  For our guest’s enjoyment, all our executive furnished suites are non-smoking. In addition, the City of Toronto by-laws prohibit smoking in all common areas of the building including stairwells and amenities.  We are pleased to offer a "Smoke-Free Environment", although smoking is allowed outdoors in the gazebo or balcony.  No Exceptions.  Any evidence of in suite smoking will result in deposit forfeit.  

• Cancellation - Early Departure Policy:

  • We require thirty (30) days written notice for any changes or cancellations.

  • Prior to arrival date, there is a 3 night daily rate charge plus applicable taxes.  This applies on a confirmed reservation secured with deposit.
  • In the event of any changes to the departure date during the occupancy of the furnished suite, Petryla Estates requires twenty-one (21) days written notice.
  • In-house guests are given priority, but extensions beyond the original reserved period are subject to availability.
